About
API Data Management grew from year-end inventory work for manufacturers around Taichung and Shihkang. We stay close to the floor because valuation opinions without bin-level evidence rarely survive the first lender question.
Our early engagements were stock count observations for exporters who needed a letter for group reporting. Clients then asked us to stay for costing layers, aging reserves, and full inventory valuation audits before statutory close.
We remain a practice that bills by engagement—not by seats or licenses. The work is human observation, document testing, and written findings grounded in Taiwan warehouse reality.

Specificity over slogans. If a cage was unlocked or a consignment bin skipped, we name it. Courtesy on the floor—count days already stress warehouse teams. Independence in writing—management receives findings before any softener language.
We serve clients across Taiwan from our Taichung base at LANE90,FENGSHIHRD.,SHIHKANGHSIANGTaichungR.O.C.. Travel outside greater Taichung is arranged in the engagement letter.
