Data we collect

From contact forms and email: name, email address, organization details you provide, engagement preferences, site counts, preferred count windows, and message content. From engagements: business contact details of staff we coordinate with, and documents you supply that may incidentally include personal data. From the site: essential technical logs and, if you accept analytics cookies, aggregated usage data as described on our cookies page.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to scope requests and scheduling fieldwork (contract steps or legitimate interests in operating our practice).
• Performing engagements and delivering memos (contract performance).
• Meeting accounting, tax, and professional record duties (legal obligation where applicable).
• Improving site reliability with essential cookies (legitimate interests); analytics only with consent where required.

Retention

Inquiry messages without an engagement are retained up to 24 months. Engagement files, including relevant correspondence, are retained for at least seven years to support professional and legal record needs, then reviewed for deletion or anonymization. Cookie identifiers follow the durations in the cookies table.

Sharing

We share personal data with service providers who host email or site infrastructure under instructions, with professional advisers when required, and with authorities when law compels disclosure. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Taiwan. If a provider processes data outside Taiwan, we assess transfer safeguards appropriate to the destination and the nature of the data, and we limit transfers to what the engagement or site operation requires.

Your rights

Subject to Taiwan personal data protection rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain legitimate-interest processing. Security

We apply access controls and careful handling of engagement files. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive identifiers through the public contact form.
