Fees

Pricing follows the floor, not a subscription card

Inventory valuation audit fees depend on how many warehouses you open, how dense the SKU file is, and how tight the reporting deadline sits. Below are starting points for planning—not a menu of software tiers.

Engagement How we bill Planning range (TWD)
Inventory valuation audit Quote after scoping call—sites, SKU count, method complexity From 180,000 for a single mid-size site
Stock count observation Day rate per site; travel outside greater Taichung itemized From 28,000 per observation day
Obsolete & slow-moving review Fixed fee by SKU band and product families From 55,000
Costing method assessment Fixed engagement fee From 70,000

Figures are informational starting points in New Taiwan Dollars and exclude VAT where applicable. Rush December–January bookings may carry a calendar premium stated in the engagement letter.

What moves the estimate

  • Number of stock locations and whether counts run in parallel or sequence
  • SKU volume and share of high-value or regulated items
  • Quality of perpetual records and prior count packets
  • Need for bilingual briefings on the floor
  • Whether NRV testing or full costing review sits in scope

Deposits & billing

A 30% deposit confirms the count calendar. The balance is due on delivery of the findings memo or observation letter. Materials purchased for the engagement (tags, courier of working papers) are billed at cost when used.

Informational pricing only—no online checkout. Request a scoped fee outline with your sites and deadline.
